How do I book a ride?<\/strong><\/summary>\n

Open app.taximutuel.org<\/a>, sign in, enter your destination and confirm the price shown. A verified driver accepts your ride and you follow them on the map.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

How is the price set?<\/strong><\/summary>\n

The price is estimated from your route and shown before you confirm. It is not negotiated on arrival.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

What is the start code?<\/strong><\/summary>\n

A 4-digit code shown in your app. The driver must enter it to start the ride, so you know you're getting into the right vehicle.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

How do I get a receipt?<\/strong><\/summary>\n

After the ride, open the ride details in your history and download the receipt as a PDF.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

I left something in the vehicle.<\/strong><\/summary>\n

In the app, open Help then \u201cReport a problem\u201d, choose \u201cLost item\u201d and select the ride concerned.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

How do I become a driver?<\/strong><\/summary>\n

Sign up in the app by choosing \u201cDriver\u201d, then add your documents. All the details are on the page Drivers<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

How do I open a restaurant or shop on Taxi Mutuel?<\/strong><\/summary>\n

Ordering from restaurants and shops is coming soon. Do you run a business in Brazzaville and want to be one of our first partners? Write to us at support@taximutuel.org<\/a> or on WhatsApp<\/a> : we will contact you before launch.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

What should I do after an accident?<\/strong><\/summary>\n

Get everyone to safety, call the police (117) or the fire brigade (118) if anyone is injured, then alert Taxi Mutuel with the SOS button. The full procedure and a printable incident report are on the page After an accident<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

How do I delete my account?<\/strong><\/summary>\n
