No viewing fees
For tenants, viewings are free. You only pay the rent and the deposit set out in the contract.
Protected payment
Your first payment goes through Taxi Mutuel, with a receipt, and is only released to the landlord when the keys are handed over. A written contract, with terms shown before the viewing.
A capped deposit
Never more than 3 months' rent: that is our rule, to protect tenants. It is returned to you when you leave, after the check-out inventory.
