What we check before listing.
This is our promise to tenants: every listing is a real, available property, offered by someone with the right to let it. Your documents stay confidential and are never published.
Your identity : the owner's ID, or the agent's ID with their mandate.
Your right to let : title deed or equivalent document, checked during the visit.
The property itself : a visit by our team, condition report, water, electricity, access, and photos true to reality.
Compliant terms : rent and charges displayed, deposit of no more than 3 months' rent.

The guest books and pays online. We pay you for the stay 24 hours after their arrival.

The tenant's first payment goes through Taxi Mutuel (first rent and deposit), with a receipt. It is paid to you within 48 hours of the keys being handed over and the inventory signed, minus our commission. You are sure to be paid; the tenant is protected from scams. The mandate also provides that the commission remains due if, within 12 months, you let to a tenant we introduced to you.
